This style of humor is just too mean-spirited for me. I'm waiting for "Emerging Grace" to weigh in with something really sweet, and then I'm going to write a "me too" comment talking about how bad the rest of you are.

Phil,
Ouch! (smile)
Oddly enough, I was actually thinking about posting a mock outrage column just for the purpose of additional tweakage, but my tender conscience got the better of me.
I am now going off to read the book of Galatians again just to get my "edge" back.

I feel qualified to write the froward!
You know, there was something I really wanted to post so badly I could taste it. However, it would have diverted things into the political arena, so I thought better of it. Then again, politics plays a role in theology these days, or so it would it seem. Maybe that's another tongue-in-cheek thread for another day.
On a more bizarre note, it's a very odd feeling when you're reading the writings of these avant-garde theologians and for some reason, the song "Brain Damage" by Pink Floyd comes into your head.

Or better yet...
